x-ile asked: Imagine yourself driving down a road on a cold, rainy night. As you go down further, you notice three individuals stranded along the side of the road. There is a dying man, a doctor, and your soul mate. The dying man cannot be saved by the doctor as he does not have the equipment to do so, lest they are at a hospital. If you could only choose one person to take with you, who would be it or what would you do? Once you leave someone behind, you will never see them again.

Could I call an ambulance? I would be afraid to move the dying man, as I would feel their blood on my hands if I didn’t transport them properly and they died on the way to a hospital.

I would trust the doctor enough to tend to them while we await a proper ambulance to arrive. The doctor could ride with the dying man in the ambulance, and I would drive the other stranger/soulmate in my vehicle to the hospital as well, to investigate the state of the other two.

If the scenario played out as to I had to leave my supposed “soulmate” behind, then I would trust that I would see them again anyway, because love can make it happen. :)

This is probably a really dumb way to answer this question…
